Lanzones are the fruit of several different species of trees (depending on the type) and grow best in Thailand. They are sweet, translucent, and semi-gelatinous in nature when ripe. In appearance, they have a leathery skin with a milky aroma in its natural state followed by a clear milk-like resin.
